LOAN AGREEMENT UPDATE

 

 

 

Further to the announcement dated 19 September 2012, the Board of Athol is pleased to announce that, on 31 October 2012, it received the £200,000 plus accrued interest due from Rivington Street Holdings plc as per the revised repayment terms. The remaining sum of £225,000 plus accrued interest is due to be repaid on 10 December 2012, whereupon Athol will release the charge it holds over the shares and the assets of Oilbarrel.com Limited.
