Change of Name 

New AIM ticker

Further to the announcement of the result of its Extraordinary General Meeting on 26 October 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that the change of its name to Hameldon Resources Limited is now effective and that trading of shares under this name will commence at 08.00 a.m. on Monday 9 November 2009 under the AIM ticker HRE.L. 

The Company's new website address is www.hameldonresources.com and the Company confirms that it is compliant with AIM Rule 26.
