M&FI has been notified by Mark Brown, Non-Executive Director Chairman of the Company, that Sutter Gold Mining Inc ("Sutter"), a company of which he was a director, entered receivership on 17 May 2019. Mark resigned as a director of Sutter on 23 May 2019.

This disclosure is made in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
