Director Declaration

In accordance with LR 9.6.14(R), Macfarlane Group PLC (the "company") advises that Andrea Dunstan, non-executive Director of the company and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as a non-executive Director of TI Fluid Systems PLC, effective immediately.

Andrea was also appointed as a non-executive Director of Sumo Group PLC on 25 September 2018.
