Directorate change
Following its announcement of 14 September 2018, Mitchells & Butlers plc announces that Stewart Gilliland will step down from its Board on 31 December 2018. The process for identification and recruitment of a new independent non-executive director is progressing and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Bob Ivell, non-executive chairman of Mitchells & Butlers plc, said "Stewart has made a hugely valuable contribution to our Company and he leaves with our very best wishes."
