Change to Director's Details - Imelda Walsh
In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 9.6.14, Mitchells & Butlers plc announces that Imelda Walsh, one of its non-executive directors, is to be appointed as a non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee of Mothercare plc, the retailer and wholesaler of products and services for mothers, mothers-to-be, babies, and children which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Ms Walsh's appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Mothercare will be with effect from 1 June 2013 and she will be appointed as chair of Mothercare's remuneration committee with effect from 18 July 2013.
