Board Changes update
Further to the Company's announcement on 28 May 2021 that Colin Rutherford, Imelda Walsh and Ron Robson would step down from the Board by the end of July, Mitchells & Butlers plc announces that Colin Rutherford and Imelda Walsh have indicated that they will step down from the Board with effect from 19 July 2021 and Ron Robson has confirmed that he will step down from the Board on 31 July 2021.
