Additional Listing
Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a Listing of 1,253,640 Ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each, to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The shares will be allotted pursuant to the Scrip Dividend alternative offered in respect of the interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2017. A total of 3,922 shareholders made an election over 121,980,237 shares, requiring the allotment of 1,253,640 shares, representing 0.30% of the share capital in issue prior to allotment.
It is expected that admission will occur on 3 July 2017.
