Additional Listing
Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a Listing of 5,354,617 Ordinary shares of 8 13/24p each, to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
The shares will be allotted pursuant to the Scrip Dividend alternative offered in respect of the final dividend for the year ended 30 September 2017. The Terms and Conditions of the Scrip Dividend alternative are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 14 December 2017, a copy of which can be viewed at www.mbplc.com.
A total of 4,005 shareholders made an election over 283,164,853 shares, requiring the allotment of 5,354,617 shares, representing 1.27% of the share capital in issue prior to allotment.
It is expected that admission will occur on 6 February 2018.
