LXB Retail Properties Plc ("LXB Retail", the "Company")
Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that as at 31 March 2010, the issued ordinary share capital of LXB Retail consisted of 114,215,000 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, LXB Retail under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
