Subscription Update
Further to its announcements of 16 August, 20 September, 7 October and 31 October 2019 ("Announcements"), LightwaveRF plc (AIM: LWRF), the leading smart homes solutions provider, announces that it has been informed by Committed Capital, a substantial shareholder of the Company, that the balance of the Deferred Settlement Shares will not now be subscribed for, therefore, these shares will not now be issued, allotted and admitted to trading on AIM. These shares formed part of the 1,880,931 Deferred Settlement Shares, details of which were set out in the Company's circular dated 20 September 2019 ("Circular").
Committed Capital has reconfirmed its continued willingness, if required, to invest further funds into the Company in support of the strategic review, as announced on 18 November 2019.
This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Announcements and the full text of the Circular dated 20 September 2019, copies of which are available on the Company's website at www.lightwaverf.com. Capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as given in the Circular.
