ADDITIONAL LISTING
A block listing application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 7,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The block listing is for future issues pursuant to the Low & Bonar 2013 Long-term incentive plan adopted at the annual general meeting in April 2013. The Ordinary Shares, if issued, will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the company.
The application relates to Ordinary Shares issuable in the future upon the exercise of options or awards. No Ordinary Shares are being issued under the plan in connection with this announcement.
