This announcement replaces the original announcement released on 29/10/08 at 17:21, RNS No: 9920G. The blocklisting consists of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each under the Low & Bonar 2003 Long Term Incentive Plan and not under the 1997 Long Term Incentive Plan as previously stated. All other details remain unchanged. The amended text appears below.
A block listing application has been made for 5,122,031 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the company.
The Block Listing consists of:
1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each under the Low & Bonar 2003 Long Term Incentive Plan.
4,122,031 Ordinary Shares of 25p each under the Low & Bonar 2007 Share Matching Plan.
This application relates to Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of options or awards previously granted under these schemes.
