ADDITIONAL LISTING
Block listing applications have been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 11,622,128 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Ordinary Shares, if issued, will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the company.
The block listings consist of :
9,596,046 Ordinary Shares for future issues pursuant to the Low & Bonar 2003 Long-term incentive plan;
1,070,949 Ordinary Shares for future issues pursuant to the Low & Bonar 1997 Sharesave Scheme; and
955,133 Ordinary Shares for future issues pursuant to the Low & Bonar International Sharesave Scheme.
These applications relate to Ordinary Shares issuable upon the exercise of options or awards which may be made in the future.
