Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) is pleased to announce that David Ciclitira, the Executive Chairman, acquired on-market a total of 20,000 Ordinary Shares ("Shares") on the 17 June 2019. 13,000 Shares were purchased at 53.5 pence per share and 7,000 Shares were purchased at 53.9 pence per share.
Following these purchases, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by David Ciclitira is 27,395,811, representing 38.89% of the issued share capital of the Company. David Ciclitira's interest includes Shares held directly by him and Shares held through his connected entities including Zedra Wealth (Jersey) Limited and Luna Trading Limited.

The Company owns the rights to BRICKLIVE - an interactive experience built around the creative ethos of the world's most popular construction toy bricks.
