DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
LVCG announces that it has today been informed of the following disposals of ordinary shares of 1p nominal value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by the Ranjit Murugason, Director:
- on 4 November 2022, 500,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP 0.024 per share;
- on 2 November 2022, 750,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP 0.025 per share;
- on 1 November 2022, 500,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP 0.025 per share;
- on 28 October 2022, 650,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP 0.0250005 per share;
- on 27 October 2022, 100,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP 0.027 per share; and
- on 26 October 2022, 500,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP 0.026 per share.
Further to the disposals as set out above, Ranjit Murugason now holds 7,962,928 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a holding of 3.42% in the enlarged issued share capital.
Further details and the information required in accordance with the requirements of Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 (as retained and applicable in the UK pursuant to section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) ("UK MAR") are set out at the end of this announcement.

The third is Live Company Sports and Entertainment, which manages a number of global sports, entertainment and lifestyle events. The fourth division is StART Art Global. StART Art Global is a combination of both physical art shows and a digital art platform.
