Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that John Hornby, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of eEnergy Group PLC ("eEnergy") as a Non-Executive Director effective from 9 February 2024.
John's appointment is in accordance with the Company's agreement with eEnergy announced on 8 November 2023.
