Board Committee Appointment
The Board of Luceco plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Will Hoy, Executive Director, as a member of the Disclosure Committee (the "Committee") with effect from 1 April 2023, to replace Matt Webb who will step down from the Committee on 31 March 2023.
The Company's Disclosure Committee shall be comprised thereafter as follows:
Giles Brand (Chair), John Hornby, Will Hoy.
This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.11.
