LSR Group completes Kalinovsky project in Yekaterinburg
LSR Group has completed construction of the last two buildings in its mass market residential project Kalinovsky in Yekaterinburg.
At this moment, approximately 99% of the apartments in these buildings have already been sold. Customers can still select from a limited number of apartments with the floor area of 39-84 sqm. The price per sqm starts from RUB 56,500.
After a 10-year construction period, Kalinovsky has become a city district in its own right with developed commercial and social infrastructure comprising two kindergartens, retail premises, banking facilities, pharmacies, health and fitness centres, cafes and beauty studios. The project is provided with the underground parking for 153 cars. As of today approximately 6,000 people live in Kalinovsky.
The project comprises 14 buildings with multiple sections of various heights (from 12 to 25 floors) with the total area of more than 170,000 sqm. It occupies the land plot of 10.5 ha close to Kalinovsky woodland park and the Kalinovskie Razrezy lakes, the favourite leisure area for Yekaterinburg citizens. The underground station Prospekt Kosmonavtov is located within walking distance.
