LSR Group Board of Directors elects new Executive Committee

Today, on 27 May 2011, Board of Directors of OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG), hereinafter - the "Company", elected new Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee was re-elected due to the changes in personnel and in the structure of the company. Igor Levit, who previously held positions of Managing Director and Chairman of the Board, is now Chairman of the Board as non-executive director. Elena Tumanova, formerly Chief Financial Officer of LSR Group, has been appointed Managing Director. Dmitry Kutuzov, formerly Deputy Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Sergey Skaterschikov, a member of the Board, has accepted an offer to lead new direction in the company - he was appointed Deputy CEO for Strategy, Marketing and Business Development.

Kliment Falaleev, formerly Director of Investor Relations, was appointed Managing Director (Urals Office of LSR Group Management Company), as the contract of Andrey Bibikov, who formerly held this position, had expired. Yuri Ilyin, formerly Associate Director, Investor Relations, was appointed Director of Investor Relations.

The new Executive Committee includes:1. Alexandr Vakhmistrov, CEO, Chairman of the Executive Committee of LSR Group.2. Sergey Skaterschikov, Deputy CEO - Strategy, Marketing and Business Development, member of the Board of Directors.3. Elena Tumanova, Managing Director, member of the Board of Directors.4. Evgeny Yatsyshin, Managing Director.5. Ivan Romanov, Managing Director (Moscow).6. Kliment Falaleev, Managing Director (Urals).7. Vladimir Loginov, Chief Legal Officer.

The number of the members of the Executive Committee remained unchanged.
