The Local Shopping REIT plc: VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In accordance with its obligations under rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") notifies the market of the following:
As at 30 September 2008, the Company's capital consists of 92,344,870 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company holds 9,234,017 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Local Shopping REIT plc is 83,110,853.
The above figure (83,110,853) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
