The Local Shopping REIT plc ("the Company") confirms that copies of its annual report for the year ended 30 September 2014 and the notice and form of proxy for the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 March 2015 have been mailed to shareholders.

The Company announced its results for the year ended 30 September 2014 on 18 December 2014.
