NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that LSL Property Services plc was notified on 14th September 2015, that Bill Shannon, a Non Executive Director purchased 246 ordinary shares of 0.2p, at a price of £3.41 per ordinary share on the 11th September 2015 under a dividend reinvestment plan. Following this transaction Bill Shannon's total shareholding in LSL is 21,274 shares (0.02%).

This notification is made in order to satisfy both section 793 of the Companies Act 2006 and Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.
