Board Changes
LSL announces that Helen Buck, Executive Director - Estate Agency, has made the decision to retire. Helen will continue in her role until March 2023.
Helen joined the Board as a Non Executive Director in 2011, moving into the role of Executive Director, Estate Agency in 2017. LSL will now commence a process to recruit an individual to lead the Estate Agency business. It is not anticipated that this will be a main Board role.
Helen Buck said, "During my time leading the Estate Agency Division in LSL I've been privileged to work with a group of highly talented and professional colleagues. I'm really proud of what we've achieved during some exciting and challenging times, and I look forward to continuing the work over the next 9 months while I support David in finding my replacement."
David Stewart, Group Chief Executive, said: "Helen has made a huge contribution to LSL, both from the time she joined the Board as a Non Executive Director, and in more recent years leading the Estate Agency Division, including throughout the challenges brought about by the emergence of the COVID virus. She is a fantastic colleague and is held in high regard by staff throughout the business. On behalf of all the LSL Board, I would like to offer Helen our very best wishes for the future."
