Non Executive Appointment
LSL Property Services plc announces the appointment of Sonya Ghobrial to the Board of LSL as a Non Executive Director, with effect from 4 March 2022. Sonya will also join LSL's Audit & Risk, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.
Sonya brings to LSL significant experience in banking, finance, strategy, investor relations, governance and ESG which she has gained from her roles in the consumer sector. This includes her current appointment as Head of Investor Relations at GSK Consumer Healthcare which is expected to demerge from GSK in July 2022 and separately list as Haleon on the London Stock Exchange with ADRs listed in the US.
Sonya was previously Head of Investor Relations at Heineken and prior to her current role had provided investor relations and consultancy services as Clear Giraffe IR. Sonya's previous experience also includes senior roles with investment banks, including Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley; and she qualified as an accountant with KPMG and holds a BAcc (Hons) in Accountancy and Economics.
