Director Share Purchase
The Company has been notified that Adam Castleton, a Director of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, purchased a total of 8,725 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 295.00p per share on 30 January 2025. Following this acquisition, his total holding (including shares held by the LSL Share Incentive Plan) is 151,054 shares.
