LSL Property Services plc ("LSL")
NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMRs") OR CONNECTED PERSONS
On 1 May 2026, the Company granted share-based awards under the LSL Property Services plc Long Term Incentive Plan for 2026, including the following award to a person discharging managerial responsibilities:
