Director Changes

LSL, a leading UK provider of residential property services, announces that David Newnes, Executive Director, Estate Agency, has made the decision to retire from LSL after 35 years service on 31st December 2014 to pursue personal interests outside of the property services sector. The PLC Board of LSL thanks David for his exceptional contribution to the business, particularly during the past five years as a member of the PLC Board.

The PLC Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Gill as Executive Director, Estate Agency with effect from 1st January 2015, subject to the approval of the Financial Conduct Authority. Adrian has been a Non Executive Director of LSL since 2012 and has excellent knowledge of the business. Adrian will cease to serve as a Non Executive Director and member of the Nominations, Audit and Remuneration Committees from 24th November 2014, when he will commence as an Executive Director, providing a transition period before assuming responsibility for his new role on the 1st January 2015. Adrian is experienced in all aspects of residential property services having served on the board of Connells for 10 years before joining LSL. Adrian held positions as both Group Finance Director and Commercial Director at Connells.

Helen Buck, a Non Executive Director, will join the Nominations and Remuneration Committees with effect from 24th November 2014. LSL will now commence a search for an additional Non Executive Director to join the Board.

David Newnes said, "I am very pleased and proud to have been part of LSL through the MBO and IPO, leading the estate agency team that has driven substantial growth in the business. I remain a shareholder in LSL and look forward to the Group's continued success. I am delighted to be handing the role over to Adrian Gill who has a wealth of experience in estate agency."
