AGM Statement

LSL will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today in London at 1:00pm where the following comments will be made regarding current trading, and outlook for the current financial year.

Current Trading and Outlook

Current trading is in line with the Board's expectations.

At the LSL 2020 Final Results released on 28 April 2021, LSL restarted guidance with an improved growth profile with Financial Services at the forefront. The LSL Board expects that the Group will deliver a full year 2021 Group Underlying Operating Profit in line with its expectations.

Half Year Results

We will provide an update on current trading, outlook and strategic progress with LSL's Interims, which we expect to report on Wednesday 4 August 2021.
