Director's Shareholding
Longships was informed on 31 March 2010 of the following transaction in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Nathan Steinberg, a director of the Company.
On 31 March 2010, Mr. Steinberg sold his entire holding in the Company of 266,000 Ordinary Shares at 0.22p per share and on the same day 266,000 Ordinary Shares were purchased at 0.22p per share by Mr. Steinberg 's Self Invested Personal Pension account.
Under the AIM Rules Mr. Steinberg's beneficial holding in the company remains unchanged at 266,000 shares.
