This is a correction to RNS announcement 9908H. The only change is to correct a typographical error in relation the year that the dividend has been declared for from 31 March 2010 to 31 March 2011.

Maiden dividend

Lombard Risk Management plc, a leading global provider of collateral management, liquidity and regulatory reporting and compliance solutions for the financial services industry, is pleased to announce that the Directors are recommending a maiden final dividend of 0.03p per ordinary share of 0.5p in respect of the year to 31 March 2011.

The final dividend is payable on 10 August 2011 to shareholders on the register as at 8 July 2011.
