(the "Company")

The Board of Lombard Risk Management plc announces that it has received notification that Ian Peacock, Deputy Chairman, acquired on 9 September 2010 a total of 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.375p per share. Ian Peacock is now interested in a total of 1,838,532 Ordinary Shares representing 0.88% of the Company's current issued share capital.

In addition, the board has also received notification today that Mike Shinya, Non-Executive Director, has acquired a total of 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price per share of 4.25p per share. Mike Shinya is now interested in a total of 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the Company's current issued share capital.
