Board Changes
Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading provider of integrated collateral management, regulatory compliance and reporting solutions for the financial services industry, announced on 21st May 2015 that Mr John McCormick intended to resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board has now received his resignation and confirms that Mr McCormick has resigned as Director of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board thanks Mr McCormick for his service to the Company and confirms that it intends to appoint a replacement Non-Executive Director as soon as a suitable candidate is identified. Further announcements will be made at the appropriate time.
