Board Changes
Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM), a leading provider of integrated collateral management and regulatory reporting solutions for the financial services industry, is pleased to confirm that Mr John McCormick has joined the Board as Non-Executive Director with effect from 7 September 2013.
Mr McCormick was Chairman and CEO of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Asia Pacific ("RBS") until October 2013 when he retired from this position.
Philip Crawford, Executive Chairman of Lombard Risk, commented: "We are delighted to welcome John to the Board. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge from the banking and securities sector, particularly in the Far Eastern markets where he has been based for a number of years."
