Process to appoint replacement broker

LPA Group Plc, the electro-mechanical equipment and LED Lighting specialist, notes the announcement made by its broker, Hume Capital Securities plc ("Hume Capital") of its intention to appoint an administrator under the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011 and of the suspension of Hume Capital's membership of the London Stock Exchange.

Accordingly, the Group is actively seeking a replacement broker and expects to conclude this process, and to announce its new broker, within the next two weeks.
