Director Shareholding
LPA Group Plc, the high reliability LED lighting and electro-mechanical system manufacturer and distributor, announces that it has been informed that, on 19 June 2020, Paul Curtis, a director of the Company, transferred a portion of his shareholding in the Company comprising 26,300 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.21% of the Company, at a price of 63.114 pence per ordinary share, to an ISA account in his name. Following the completion of the sale and purchase, his ultimate beneficial ownership has not changed and remains at 38,300 ordinary shares in total, representing 0.30%.
