LPA Group PLC13 February 2008 LPA Group Plc ("the Company") 13 February 2008 Directors Dealings The Company has been notified that on 13 February 2008 Stephen Brett, anExecutive Director, exercised an option to purchase 75,000 new ordinary sharesof 10p each in the Company at an option price of 13 pence per share. Further tothe purchase, Stephen Brett is beneficially interested in 85,000 ordinaryshares, being 0.74% of the Company's issued share capital. The Company has applied for 80,000 ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted totrading on AIM. The shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of shareoptions, including the Director's exercise noted above, at an option price of13p. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of theCompany. Following admission the share capital of the Company will be 11,448,229ordinary shares. Dealings in the new shares are expected to commence on 19February 2008.
