LoopUp Group plc (LSE AIM: LOOP), the premium remote meetings company, received notification that Adara Ventures SICAR has sold 1,075,000 ordinary shares in the Group ("Ordinary Share") at a price of 148 pence per Ordinary Share earlier today in order to satisfy institutional demand.
Adara Ventures SICAR is classified as a Person Closely Associated with Nico Goulet, a Non-Executive Director of the Group and director of Adara Venture Partners, which is a General Partner of Adara Ventures SICAR.
Following the sale, Adara Ventures SICAR has a beneficial interest of 6,964,548 Ordinary Shares representing 17.0% of the Group's issued share capital.
