Total Voting Rights - Correction
Lookers plc announces that in RNS announcements issued by the Company during the period between 3rd September and 31st October 2018 the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights was incorrectly stated. The Company had not taken into account, when making such announcements, 838,961 ordinary shares which were allotted between 28th August and 16th October 2018 in connection with the Company's ESOS and LTIP schemes and which should have been added to the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights referred to in such announcements. All other information contained within such RNS announcements remains correct.
