Transaction in Own Shares
Lookers announces that it has purchased for cancellation (through Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") acting as the Company's broker) the following number of its ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") each on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the share buyback programme it announced on 18 October 2022 (the "Share Buyback Programme").

Following the purchase and cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 382,904,545 Ordinary Shares in issue. All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and there are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. This figure 382,904,545 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
