BOARD APPOINTMENT

London, United Kingdom - 21 July 2023 - Landore Resources Limited (AIM: LND) ("Landore Resources" or the "Company") announces that, further to its announcement of 29 June 2023, Mr Claude Lemasson, Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Landore Resources, has been appointed to its Board with immediate effect having previously joined the Company's management team on 4 July 2023.

Claude (P.Eng, MBA, ICD.D) , based in Toronto, Canada, is a highly credentialled individual, with over 30 years' experience in exploration, development, mine construction and producing mining operations throughout the Americas. He also brings board experience, having previously served as a director of several junior publicly listed mining companies.

Glenn Featherby, Finance Director of Landore Resources, today commented:

AIM Rules for Companies: Schedule Two Paragraph (g) Disclosures

As required pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company confirms that Claude Francois Lemasson, aged 58, is, save for Landore Resources, currently a director/partner, or has been a director/partner in the past five years, of the following companies/partnerships:

Pursuant to him joining the Company, Mr Lemasson currently holds options over 2,000,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 8.75 pence each, exercisable for a period of four years from 4 July 2024 subject to certain vesting conditions.

There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
