Response to Press Comment
The Board of Dmatek Ltd. (“Dmatek”, “the Company”) notes the press comment regarding a potential offer for the Company by LMS Capital plc (“LMS”).
The Board of Dmatek confirms that it is in discussions with LMS regarding such potential offer. There can be no assurance that any offer or transaction will eventually be made.
A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
Dmatek is incorporated in Israel and is therefore not subject to the Takeover Code.
