Sale of Method Products, Inc ("Method")
by San Francisco Equity Partners ("SFEP")
LMS Capital plc ("LMS Capital" or "the Company") is pleased to report that SFEP announced yesterday the sale of its interest in Method, the leading innovator in premium, eco-friendly household and personal care products. The Company's share of the net proceeds realised on sale is in line with its carrying value of Method as at 30 June 2012 which was $29.2 million.
As previously stated by the Board, it aims to announce a distribution to shareholders before the end of the current year and a further announcement on the Board's proposals will be made in due course.
