Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The Company announces that, pursuant to the Tender Offer set out in the circular published by the Company on 2 November 2012 which closed on 22 November 2012, the directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility of the Company below have notified the Company of the sale by tender of the number of ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") set out against their respective names below. The number of Ordinary Shares in which these individuals now have an interest is also set out against their names. These transactions took place on 30 November 2012 and notification to the Company of all these transactions was completed on 6 December 2012. All shares were sold at a price of 84 pence per share.
