 Dividend Declaration

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") today declares its third quarterly interim dividend of 2.4 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend").

The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") and is in line with LondonMetric's progressive dividend policy. The timetable is set out below and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to shareholders:

LondonMetric is targeting a dividend of 10.2 pence per share for the full financial year ending 31 March 2024, which would represent an increase of 7.4% on the prior year.
