Publication of Supplementary Prospectus
The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus dated 1 March 2024 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the £35,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Lloyds Bank plc.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus dated 3 August 2023 relating to the above programme and the supplemental prospectus dated 26 October 2023 (together, the "Prospectus").
