Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 13 January 2020, for Lloyds Banking Group plc GBP 750,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Callable Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 8 April 2019 as supplemented by the supplemental prospectuses dated 2 May 2019, 31 July 2019, 10 September 2019 and 1 November 2019 (together, the "Prospectus") in connection with the £25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lloyds Banking Group plc.

The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), as amended.
