LLOYDS BANKING GROUP COMPLETES SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME

Following the purchase of ordinary shares on 11 October 2022, Lloyds Banking Group plc (the "Company") announces that the Company's share buyback programme announced on 25 February 2022 was completed in accordance with its terms. The programme was managed by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. In aggregate between 25 February 2022 and 11 October 2022, the Company repurchased 4,528,731,591 ordinary shares for an aggregate consideration of Β£2.0 billion.
