Statement re Executive Team and Board Changes

LendInvest Limited, the ultimate holding company of LendInvest Secured Income PLC, announces that Rod Lockhart, current Head of Capital Markets and Fund Management, will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer of LendInvest Limited, with effect from 13 January 2020. 

From the same date, Christian Faes (who has held the role of CEO since founding the company) will become Executive Chair of the business. He remains fully committed to the business and will continue to be employed by the company. 

Upon his appointment, Rod Lockhart becomes a Director of LendInvest Limited, joining Christian Faes, Ian Thomas (Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer), Angelie Panteli (Chief Financial Officer) and Chris Barnes (Partner at Atomico) on the Board of Directors.
