LendInvest Secured Income plc - Roadshow Announcement

LendInvest Limited, the specialist mortgage provider, announces that it has mandated Peel Hunt to arrange a series of meetings with fixed income investors in the UK and Channel Islands, commencing the week of 5 March 2018, to discuss a possible second issue of sterling denominated bonds. Any resulting issue of bonds will be made by LendInvest Limited's wholly owned subsidiary, LendInvest Secured Income plc, under its £500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

An offer of bonds may follow, subject to market conditions, and an announcement will be made in due course, if appropriate.
